| Oklahoma Foundation Seed Stocks
Inc., was
organized and incorporated under the laws of Oklahoma in March of 1950. It was
formed as a non-stock, non-profit corporation. It
was a sub-division of the Land
Grant University to be supervised by the University. The articles of incorporation
state that the principle place of business of the corporation will be at Oklahoma State
University.
In 2009 Oklahoma Foundation Seed Stocks
Corporate status. was dissolved and the company was absorbed into
OSU's Ag Experiment Station. Inc. was subsequently removed
from the name.
